We partner with institutions of higher education to prevent and end homelessness. If your school is not listed below, we are not able to accommodate new MOU requests at this time.

Health Care for the Homeless is committed to the development of future health professionals. Individuals placed here get an in-depth look at how community health centers function and learn about future health care careers. Applicants can be placed in various departments, including in clinics, community outreach, or program development, depending on their experience and interests.
Clinical learners regularly collaborate with our care providers as part of their professional training.

Please note: clinical learning placements are very limited, and therefore, very competitive. Applicants who follow the instructions listed below have the highest chance of being approved for a placement at Health Care for the Homeless.
Prior to beginning an internship or placement for credit or as part of a clinical training program, your school/institution is required to have an Affiliation Agreement with Health Care for the Homeless. The following schools have active agreements on file:
