Join panelists Rev. Dr. Derrick Harkins, Director of U.S. Housing and Urban Development Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships, Joseph Jones, Jr., Founder and President & CEO of Center for Urban Families, Thibault Manekin, Co-Founder of Seawall Development, Randi Woods, MS, MBA, RN, Senior Director of Community Care Coordination for Sisters Together and Reaching (STAR) and moderator Kevin Lindamood, President and CEO of Health Care for the Homeless.
Together we'll briefly assess and explain how past and current inequitable policies and practices have led to and continue to exacerbate disinvestment, gentrification, and displacement (especially among individuals experiencing homelessness), gain tangible tools to address each of our contributions to the aforementioned realities and promote equity and access for distressed communities.
