What: Deirdre Hoey returns with staff yoga via Zoom! All staff are welcome to join the meeting (opens at 11:45 a.m.) and use whatever materials you have (mat, blanket, towel, floor, etc.). If you are at work, please bring a mat from home and find an empty room to maintain social distancing. The class will use a trauma-informed approach. It uses verbal cues – not demonstration, allowing staff to use phones, laptops, etc. to join.
