After careful consideration, Health Care for the Homeless has decided to cancel the 2024 Chocolate Affair scheduled for February 3, 2024. 

With broader shifts in staffing and operations underway, this decision is grounded in being thoughtful stewards of donated dollars and prioritizing staff time to focus on health care delivery. 

While we will miss gathering at The Lyric, the centerpiece of our event—our short documentary—will still be produced and shared. At this time, we are considering options for what a film debut might look like—so stay tuned or write to donations@hchmd.org to share any ideas and feedback.
