The previous tenants in Suite 750 at 201 E. Baltimore St. have moved out. And the work to make a Health Care for the Homeless mark on the space—and make it ours—is underway.
The building, also known as One Calvert Plaza, was built in 1900-1901 to house the Continental Trust Company Building. A historic, 16-story early modern skyscraper, it was the tallest building in Baltimore until being surpassed by the Bromo-Seltzer Tower in 1911. It sits:
