Rock Your Socks 5K 2024

10.30.24

Baltimore, you're rockstars. On the sunny first Saturday of November, more than 300 runners, walkers, friends and volunteers took over Patterson Park for the 10th annual Rock Your Socks 5K! We danced, cheered and enjoyed a festive race village complete with coffee, bagels, donuts, a bounce house and easy ways to engage with community partners.

Together we soared past our original goal of $75k and raised $105,000 to support the work of Health Care for the Homeless!

That means a full year of comprehensive no-cost medical care, dental work, health screenings, prescription refills, and housing support for 210 neighbors experiencing homelessness.

RUNNING FOR CHANGE

"Take a look around! You are running alongside a group of people who are working to make the world better than we find it...the answer is to build housing, it's to provide access to health care, it's to make sure that incomes are livable. And you all are doing that today." — President & CEO Kevin Lindamood
