Your Staff Portal—A few changes…

05.15.18

The staff portal is a resource for you. It’s there when you need information, a form or simply want to know what’s new around here.

Your friendly, local communications team is committed to making the portal easy for you to use. To this end, we have done a little reorganizing…and we want to hear whether or not it’s helpful!

What’s changed?

There are a number of tweaks, but here are a few changes that might be of particular help to you:

  1. “Key Policies and Procedures” is now “Compliance” in order to expand the kind of information we can share with you. It lives under “Agency Info”  and for now it will contain:
  • Draft policies and procedures that are up for your review
  • Current P+Ps until they move to our new GRC (more on that coming soon…)
  • Info on The Joint Commission and NCQA (regulatory matters)

  1. “Forms, Links & Key Info” was getting a bit unruly, so we’ve broken that page down into a few new pages that all live under the “Tools” section of the portal:
  1. All things Centricity will now have a new, dedicated home because there’s always lots going on in the EHR:

So…What do you think?

Let us know if there’s something missing or you can’t find what you need. Shoot an email to Communications Specialist Gabbi Thacker and they’ll help you!

Do you have materials that should be shared on the staff portal? Gabbi can help you with that too!
