The Communications team uses best practices to create and inform agency materials—such as flyers, brochures, presentations or portal and website posts, just to name a few. We help with formatting, branding consistency and making sure language is easy to understand. To help you understand what we aim for (we know, it can be a lot!), we’ve created this handy list of 8 key themes for your reference: Communications—what to expect. You know how you email support@hchmd.org and Shawntez shows up and magically fixes everything? Or when you email facilities@hchmd.org because, say, your ceiling is leaking water from who knows where, and then Leroy comes over with a ladder and patches it up, no problem?
