Chocolate Affair 2021: One sweet night at the movies

03.09.21

On the weekend of March 6, couches from coast to coast turned into movie theaters as Baltimore’s sweetest night came home. Over 500 people logged on and many enjoyed local chocolatey treats delivered to their doors as part of the virtual Health Care for the Homeless Chocolate Affair.

Throughout the weekend, generous supporters donated enough to deliver a year of transformative care to 600 of our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

For Q Robinson, the star of "Meant to Do Great Things," that means access to a dedicated team of providers she trusts to help her and her daughter, Alizah, as they thrive in their new apartment.

"I hope my story touches a lot of people and helps more people get housing," she said after watching the film’s premiere this weekend.

While it was different from the extravagant gala we’ve come to love, this year’s event helped make sure hundreds of people can access the same quality care and support as Q and Alizah.

Thank you for making a truly unique Health Care for the Homeless Chocolate Affair such a success.

A special thank you to all our event sponsors:
