We also require the flu vaccine annually, in the fall/winter season. Health Care for the Homeless complies with federal, state, and local laws with regard to accommodations to this policy. Please apply to a position only if you are willing to and able to prove that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, regardless of work location.
It takes the expertise of all of our staff to meet the needs of our neighbors without homes and provide them with the highest quality care. To that end, we work together, within teams and across teams. Staff collaboration is both deliberate and a natural outgrowth of the collaborative culture and spirit of Health Care for the Homeless. We provide forums for staff members to share best practices, strategies and approaches to care, and staff members meet regularly to problem solve.
