When: Wednesday, November 1–Wednesday, November 22

Where: 421 Fallsway, Baltimore County and West Baltimore 

What: Twice a year, we conduct client experience surveys so we can learn about the experiences and needs of our clients. During this time, clients will be invited to take the survey on a laptop in a clinic lobby or over the phone.
