When you first connect with us, we will ask you a few questions, including your name, current address/mailing address, phone number, Social Security number and insurance information if you are insured. (If you qualify for our services and have lost your identification or are not insured, we can help you get an ID and insurance.) We will also ask you about your housing status. Please have this information ready when you call to make an appointment or walk in to one of our clinics.
We provide services at Health Care for the Homeless clinics in Downtown Baltimore, West Baltimore and Baltimore County. Our mobile clinic also makes weekly visits to a number of sites in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
Call one of our clinics to make an appointment OR walk in.
We welcome walk-ins at our Baltimore City and Baltimore County clinics and will help you see a provider on the same day, though there may be a wait. We also will schedule appointments for people at our front desk. Please understand that walk-in clients will be seen in order of the severity of their condition.
