AGENCY EVENT: Client Experience Survey Opens

Where: 421 Fallsway, Baltimore County and West Baltimore
What: Twice a year, we conduct client experience surveys so we can learn about the experiences and needs of our clients. During this time, clients will be invited to take the survey on an iPad or fill our a paper survey in a clinic lobby. Clients will also have the option to take the survey over the phone.
