AGENCY EVENT: In-service training

When: Thursday, November 30, 1-3:30 p.m.
What: This in-service training will focus on social determinants of health and competencies.
Session one: Social Determinants of Health (KATIE LEAGUE)
Some of the questions we'll address:
- What are social determinants of health and why are they important?
- What is the PRAPARE screening tool?
- Who will be administering the screening tool and how often?
- What will this mean for our EHR?
- What do we hope to see as a result of PRAPARE—and how will we measure that?
Session two: SUCCESS PROFILES (TOSHA HERSHEY + ERIC FOGT)
Session Three: LEADership competencies (TOSHA HERSHEY + ERIC FOGT)
Where: Staff members will be divided into three groups. Groups will report to the locations listed below and stay put—trainers will come to you!
Group 1: Individual contributors—1st-floor lobby
Group 2: Senior leaders and directors—2nd-floor group rooms
Group 3: Emerging leaders (Managers + Coordinators) and Leads—3rd-floor large conference room
