You’ve got mail!
The facilities team will now be making daily deliveries between our Baltimore County Clinic, Convalescent Care Clinic, Downtown Clinic at 421 Fallsway, West Baltimore Clinic, and 201 E. Baltimore Offices. Outgoing mail destined for any of the three sites can be placed in the designated mail bin at each location. Trips to other Health Care for the Homeless sites can be scheduled upon request. For larger packages, please notify a facilities team member and he or she will collect and deliver them upon request.
A new fob for everyone
Now that Health Care for the Homeless has multiple sites, we would like to update everyone’s fob to make sure you have access to all three of our clinics. A team member from facilities will come around in the coming weeks to swap out your old fob for the new. If you think someone who isn’t a Health Care for the Homeless employee may need a fob, such as a medical vendor, you may submit a request to Andrew at aoliver@hchmd.org.
Show us your parking permit
To make sure we have enough space for ambulances, facilities will be monitoring parking in the garage in our Downtown Clinic at 421 Fallsway. As such, starting next week staff members will be required to display a parking permit on their dashboard if using this space. If you need a pass, stop by the security desk in the first-floor lobby and make sure to put your name and number on it – otherwise you might get towed!

More than a quarter of all client visits to Health Care for the Homeless are with case managers. Presented below is one day in the life of Case Management Coordinator Adrienne Burgess-Bromley, who has been with the agency for 16 years.
Baltimore, you are rockstars! On the sunny first Saturday of November, 300+ runners, walkers, friends and volunteers took over Patterson Park for the 10th Annual Rock Your Socks 5K! We danced, cheered and enjoyed a festive race village complete with coffee, bagels, donuts, a bounce house and easy ways to engage with community partners.
Since opening Sojourner Place at Oliver in 2022, our affordable housing development team has been busy laying the groundwork for more affordable housing in Baltimore through a newly formed subsidiary under Health Care for the Homeless called the HCH Real Estate Company.
