Move to 201 E. Baltimore St.: Phase II

03.22.17

Last summer, we embarked on a multi-phase move to 201 E. Baltimore St., as part of our ongoing efforts to ease the crunch at 421 Fallsway, create more space for client services and centralize key agencywide administrative functions. In October, a first wave of two-dozen staff members made the 0.4-mile move to Courthouse Square. Early this summer, a second wave of eight staff members will join them.

Phase I of the move of administrative functions spanned members of the Finance, Human Resources, Public Grants, Development and National Council teams, along with our Chief Strategy Officer, who splits her time between Baltimore Street and Fallsway. And Phase II, we anticipated at the time, would include agency clinic administration (Scheduling, Referrals and Medical Records) and possibly some combination of other administrative functions. That second phase move is now in the works, with construction underway to accommodate the addition of the new administrative functions.

Sometime during—or soon after—the week of June 12, the full, four-member scheduling team, our two Beacon Health CAAs and two members of the medical records team will move to 201 E. Baltimore St.

Specifically, the 201 E. Baltimore St. crew will be welcoming:

Scheduling

  • Crystal Lee — Lead Scheduler
  • Asia Mabry — Client Access Associate I
  • Briona Jones — Client Access Associate I
  • Elsa Alaniz — Client Access Associate I

Beacon Health

  • Melisa George — Client Access Associate II
  • Tikia Conway — Client Access Associate

Medical Records

  • Crystel Brown — Client Access Associate I
  • Danielle Shields — Client Access Associate I

Stand by for photos of the newly retrofitted scheduling, medical records and Beacon Health work spaces. And to all making the move, get ready for fabulously big windows and fantastic downtown views!
