Through the end of December 2024, we’re offering sign-on bonuses for full-time and part-time frontline positions in our clinics who apply by 12/11/2024.

Who is eligible?

If you are a new, direct hire who accepts an offer in 2024 for one of the following positions, you are eligible:

  • Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant or Client Service Representative: $2,000
  • Nurse, Therapist/Therapist Case Manager or Therapist/Nurse Supervisor roles (not inclusive of contractors): $7,500
  • Nurse Practitioners or Dentists: $15,000

(Part-time new hires receive prorated bonuses. This program is only available to direct hire employees; Candidates hired through a staffing or search firm are ineligible for a signing bonus.)
